MazeSuite experiment on the internet?

I'd just like to know whether it's possible to have a MazeSuite experiment testable on the internet. And how it would be possible to do?

Joystick

Ok, I got a joystick. Apart from the fact using it is not really interesting for moves lack accuracy (mouse is far better), there's a little problem sometimes. I noticed in my protocols, there are certain times in which the subject even doesn't require to push the button (nb. the button on the joyst...

Re: Buttons

Ok. i tried with a joystick. The point is still the possibility to have buttons command for looking up and down. Without such a command, it is not possible to assign joystick buttons to "up" and "down" and to allow the subject to have some free look, as with the mouse. This is quite important and re...

Re: Buttons

No, I haven't tried with any joystick yet. I've a non-USB old one, but no more compatible connection on my PC. (My point was just about connection and avoiding packet data. But I gues sit is not useful.) So, I'll certainly use the joystick. Moreover, your idea of including joystick is especially rel...

Re: Images, Pics, Cues

I tried to put "tile" instead of "stretch". I also tried to modify "TileSize". as well as "AspectRation", but this doesn't deal with that it seems. What is weird is that the cues I made appear not in black and white but in grey and black with the black areas just hardly reconizable, defined only by ...

Images, Pics, Cues

In order to have some cues inside the maze, I created small walls and planned to show on 'em specific patterns such as white dots on a black background. I created such patterns on Paint and turned 'em into .jpg. But, they don't get properly displayed. On the contrary, I used some of my holyday pics ...

Re: Buttons

With the RS232 connection, you can connect to another computer and MazeSuite will send specific bytes (markers) at exactly when certain event occur, so you can log these to correlate with other types of data acqusition, such as eye tracker, EEG, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions. Th...

Re: Update: MazeMaker and MazeWalker

Thanks for your comments, we will post information about exporting models in Blender soon. Collision detection for objects can be turned on and off. Try, selecting the object and check properties (right panel) to see if collision is set as True. If it is set to false, there won't be collision detec...

Re: Update: MazeMaker and MazeWalker

Hey, I notice a clear improvement about collision detection! I no more had this problem of "going out of the walls" at the walls' junctions. And believe this is a really good point for among the few subjects I tested, most managed to get out fo the maze... Now, this won't be possible. But, as ...

Re: Time's up

Oops!
I forgot that this feature is already available!
I note it here for the possible newbies: under "Maze Objects", there's a "Timeout" field on the left of the screen and a TimeoutMessage" field.
What else? ;)
