Hi there
Im simulating a vision based robot which its navigation programed by Matlab and now I need to import a maze to test it but dont know how to do it

You can use matlab to send UDP commands and then have MazeCommBridge interpret your commands into actions using the MazeSuite API.
Are you able to set up the project file for MazeCommBridge?

You can use Visual Studio Community to edit the project

Are you trying to make the robot navigate based on the visual display from mazewalker?
